We'll spend a day refining your abilities to maneuver easily and efficiently, and work on the areas of most interest to the small group of students.  We'll also help you map out your goals for the upcoming season, and create strategies for reaching them by the end of the year.  At the end of the day, we hope everyone will leave with some new tools, increased understanding of how our boats, paddles, and bodies interact with our paddling environments, and plenty of excitement about reaching the goals each paddler sets for 2016.

Appropriate for paddlers familiar with basic strokes and rescues, and for more advanced paddlers as well.
